We're looking for a Kitchen Manager with proven leadership experience in the F&B industry and is willing to be assigned at SM City, San Fernando, La Union

Job Description:

• Knowledgeable in Profit and Loss report and basic Microsoft Excel formulas.
• Supervise food prep and cooking to ensure recipes are followed accurately.
• Monitor portion sizes to maintain consistency and reduce waste.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout the kitchen area during the shift
• Store food products in strict compliance with safety practices (e.g., FIFO, temperature logs).
• Conduct inventory counts for food supplies and kitchen equipment as directed.
• Train kitchen staff on specific prep work and food plating techniques.
• Coordinate the line during peak hours to ensure smooth communication between the front and back of house.
• Willing to be assigned at SM City, San Fernando, La Union
