Production Supervisor (Guiguinto, Bulacan)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Officer or Supervisor to join our team in Guiguinto, Bulacan to ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain our commitment to quality, especially in GMP, Halal, and HACCP audit and certifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with GMP, Halal and HACCP standards in all stages of production.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure all products meet regulatory and company quality specifications.
• Oversee the preparation and documentation required for all audit and certification processes and ensure that the processes are followed correctly.
• Manage and lead GMP, HALAL, and HACCP audits, identifying any risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure consistent adherence to food safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conducts weekly inspections to production equipment and machineries for preventive maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues and customer complaints related to product quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure the company complies with all local and international standards related to food safety.
• Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure full understanding and compliance with quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.), Food Science, Food Tech, Quality Management or any related field.
• Preferably with Production Machine Operation work experience.
• With 3 to 5 years’ experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, Halal and HACCP certification processes and audits.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or related quality management systems is an advantage.
• Preference for residence in Bulacan or willing to be relocated in Guiguinto, Bulacan
