A Production Engineer Supervisor manages and optimizes daily manufacturing operations to. Maximize efficiency, quality, and output while reducing costs.

They oversee daily production, managing manpower, and workflows to increase speed and efficiency without compromising quality.

Develop and implement quality standards, conducting and implement quality standards, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for defects.

Diagnose and resolve equipment failures and production bottlenecks.

Ensure all machinery and processes adhere to safety rules, regulations, and ISO standards.

Maintain production records, update documentation for new processes, and analyze efficiency data.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production or Chemical)
Understanding of manufacturing processes, data analysis method
Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills
Willing to be relocated over at Mabalacat Pampanga
Willing to be on shifting schedule
