Australian Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist | Dayshift - Onsite
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to support our marketing and sales efforts across multiple brands and campaigns.
This is a hybrid role combining digital marketing, social media content creation, email marketing, and business development, with a strong focus on driving qualified leads and enquiries. You will play a key role in connecting marketing activity to real sales outcomes by generating, nurturing, and supporting the conversion of leads across home loans, property investment sales, car loans, and online free-to-enter competitions.
The ideal candidate is commercially aware, organized, and comfortable working across both marketing execution and sales support, ensuring consistent lead flow and effective follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and inbound leads
- Create and post high-quality, engaging content aligned with campaign goals
- Manage content calendars and maintain consistent brand presence across platforms
- Monitor performance and optimize content to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation
- Track and report on campaign performance (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and use insights to improve results
- Drive outbound lead generation and sales outreach through email, CRM, and database activities
- Identify, organize, and maintain high-quality lead lists and prospect data
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Support follow-ups and pipeline activity to improve enquiry handling and conversion rates
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and progressed
- Support and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and conversion
- Assist with audience segmentation, scheduling, and basic performance tracking
- Monitor email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and suggest improvements
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up across all campaign touchpoints
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all leads and interactions
- Track lead activity, campaign responses, and follow-up status
- Ensure leads are properly captured, routed, and actioned
- Support reporting and visibility across marketing and sales pipelines
- Generate basic reports on lead performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline activity
- Help improve processes across lead generation, handoffs, follow-ups, and overall conversion efficiency
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, sales/business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaigns
- Comfortable working with CRMs and structured follow-up processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-through
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics, reporting, and performance analysis
- Experience in financial services, property, automotive, or competition-based campaigns
