Lead Generation Specialist (Data Mining)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads within hospitals, health plans, skilled nursing facilities, etc.
• Understand the product and target audience to generate leads appropriately.
• Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
• Search Salesforce to pull leads in a clean, concise way and enter them accordingly into CRM to avoid duplicates.
• Provide accurate, consistent, and timely information to management.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.

Requirements:

• Willing to work onsite in Makati City, Monday to Friday from 5:00PM to 2:00AM Philippine Time.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of lead generation experience is required.
• Prior Salesforce experience is required to effectively search and pull leads in a clean, concise manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Proficient in Excel, Google searching, LinkedIn, and Data Mining
• Strong project and time management skills
