We’re looking for a proactive, commercially driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive enquiries, leads, and sales across multiple brands.

This is a performance-focused role combining paid advertising, content, and funnel optimization. You’ll be responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting leads across home loans, property investment, car loans, and online competitions.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and experienced in paid ads, funnels, and conversion strategies, with a strong ability to turn traffic into qualified enquiries.

Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions
  • Create and manage high-converting landing pages aligned with campaign objectives
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates)
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve ROI and lead quality
Funnels, Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Design and build end-to-end sales funnels to capture, nurture, and convert leads
  • Develop lead nurturing workflows across email, CRM, and chatbot channels
  • Create automated follow-up sequences to improve enquiry-to-conversion rates
  • Support sales teams by ensuring consistent and timely follow-up across all leads
  • Manage and optimize online competition funnels to drive entries and post-entry engagement
Content, Social Media & Brand Presence
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive both engagement and inbound leads
  • Create high-quality, conversion-focused content (posts, ads, videos, landing page copy)
  • Maintain consistent brand presence across platforms while aligning with campaign goals
  • Develop content that strengthens online positioning and competitiveness
  • Encourage and leverage client success stories, testimonials, and social proof
Email Marketing & Engagement
  • Execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters and lead nurturing sequences
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging for better engagement and conversions
  • Track performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
CRM & Marketing Operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar)
  • Track lead activity, pipeline status, and campaign performance
  • Ensure all leads are captured, qualified, routed, and followed up effectively
  • Generate reports on lead performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline health
  • Identify and implement improvements across lead handling, funnels, and conversion processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation roles
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and focused on driving measurable outcomes
Preferred
  • Experience in financial services, property, automotive, or competition-based campaigns
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and funnel-building platforms
  • Experience with chatbots, automation tools, and lead tracking systems
  • Basic video content creation or coordination experience
  • Background in high-volume lead generation environments
