General Functions:
- Motivate, mentor, and guide a sales team towards achieving targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team interaction, presentations, and reporting.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes, strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to address challenges and obstacles in the sales process.
Required Qualifications:
- College Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Marketing or related field.
- With experience in sales retail, preferably with experience as a booking salesman of at least 2 years.
- With Driver's License (1,2,3).
- Willing to do fieldwork.
