Responsible for leading and managing all housekeeping and sanitation operations within a shopping mall. The role ensures that common areas, restrooms, entrances, hallways, food court areas, parking zones, and administrative offices are consistently clean, safe, and presentable for shoppers, tenants, and employees.
The Housekeeping supervisor supervises housekeeping staff and contractors, coordinates with mall administration, security, engineering, and tenant representatives, and maintains cleanliness standards aligned with mall policies.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in housekeeping supervision or facilities cleaning.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Background in malls, hotels, or commercial properties preferred.
- Willing to work flexible mall schedules.
