Company Nurse (PM Shift)

The Company Nurse is responsible for providing occupational health services and ensuring the safety and well-being of employees. The role includes delivering first aid, assisting in medical emergencies, monitoring employee health conditions, and supporting workplace health programs in compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment and medical assistance to employees during work hours
• Respond to workplace emergencies and coordinate with accredited hospitals or medical providers when necessary
• Monitor and record employee medical conditions and maintain accurate health records
• Assist in the implementation of company health and wellness programs
• Conduct health assessments, including vital signs monitoring and health interviews
• Support pre-employment medical examinations (PEME) and annual physical examinations
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and occupational health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and proper inventory of clinic supplies and medicines
• Prepare incident and medical reports as require.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
• With updated BLS/First Aid training (OHNAP certification is an advantage but not required)
• With at least one (1) year relevant experience in occupational health, clinic, or hospital setting, preferably as a Company Nurse
• Knowledgeable in workplace health and safety regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to maintain confidential medical records
• Preferably female
• Willing to be assigned on Night/PM shift
