Company Nurse/Admin Specialist

Provides nursing care to injured or ill associate(s)
- Assists and supports Company Physician in attending to associate(s) clinic consultations and other medical needs.
- Validates clearance of associate(s) coming from sick leave.
- Ensures inventory/availability of medicine supplies as mandated by OSH standards.
- Conducts health awareness activities and programs for YMPI associates
- Participate in establishing, implementing and monitoring health-related policies and procedures.
- Prepares and submits health related reports.
- Processes SSS Sickness Notification, Sickness Reimbursement, Maternity Notification, Maternity Reimbursement, Disability Claims, and other health related applications.
- Serve as HMO Management Officer
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, must be Registered Nurse
- Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training
- Preferably with experience as Industrial Nurse
- Must have an excellent communication and presentation skills; highly interpersonal
- With high analytical skills
- Computer literate
- Flexible and dedicated to work
- Enthusiastic, with positive and productive mindset
- Caring, resilient and industrious
