About the role
Refinette Cosmetic Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a dedicated Engineering and Facilities Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Guiguinto, Bulacan. This full-time position is crucial in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing facilities and engineering systems.As Engineering and Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and our equipment is well-maintained to support the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing- Manage the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive maintenance programs
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and upgrades to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track the performance of engineering and facilities operations
- Manage a team of technicians and engineers, providing leadership, training, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address engineering and facilities-related issues and support the overall business objectives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- A licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar engineering and facilities management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and maintaining industrial equipment, facilities, and utilities
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in the use of engineering software, maintenance management systems, and data analysis tools
- Experience in leading and developing a team of technical professionals
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
