HR Specialist

As an HR Specialist focused on Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing support and guidance to employees on their benefits options.
This role involves working closely with HR and external vendors to deliver efficient benefits services while helping to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, claims, and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Educate employees about their benefit options, eligibility requirements, and plan details through regular communication and presentations.
- Manage open enrollment periods, including preparing materials and processing enrollment changes.
- Record employee hours, including regular time, overtime, and time off.
- Ensure accurate attendance records, including absences and tardiness.
- Assist in processing payroll by providing accurate time data.
- Review and correct any time entry errors or discrepancies.
- Provide reports on hours worked, overtime, and attendance.
- Answer employee questions about their time records.
- Work with third-party administrators to maintain smooth plan operations and resolve complex issues.
- Support the HR team with other Compensation and Benefits-related projects or initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduates of BSBA Major in Human Resources Development Management, Business Management, and Psychology.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Qualified candidates may be assigned in Company Compensation and Benefits
- Knowledgeable in Excel and SAP is an edge
- Background in ticketing tool (ServiceNow/Zendesk, etc.) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits information to employees.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
