About the role
Kilton Motor Corporation is seeking a talented HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team based in Carmona Cavite. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our employees and driving our HR strategy forward.
What you'll be doing- Provide generalist HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and timekeeping.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
- Manage the employee life cycle from hire to retire, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Partner with managers to understand their workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
- Maintain employee records and generate HR reports as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
- 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the industrial, heavy machineries but not required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
