Senior Accounts Receivable Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record customer payments (cash, checks, bank transfers)
- Issue invoices and ensure timely billing to clients
- Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
- Prepare aging reports and assist in collections efforts
- Coordinate with sales and other departments regarding client accounts
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Accounting coursework sufficient for candidates without formal Accounting or Finance degree
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Minimum 3-4 years of accounts receivable experience required
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Advanced-level MS Excel proficiency required
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
