Job Description

As a Sales Estimator, you will analyze architectural drawings, prepare detailed costings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate quotes and support large-scale design and fit-out projects.

Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM); Weekends Off

• Proven experience in a similar estimating role within construction, building supply, or commercial fit-out industries
• Strong ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings
• Familiarity with washroom fittings and commercial fixtures (preferred but not required)
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM platforms
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple quotes simultaneously under tight deadlines
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certificate or diploma in estimating, construction management, or a related field
• Previous experience with architects, builders, or developers
• Background in shopfitting or building services environments

• Interpret and review architectural and construction drawings to produce detailed, accurate cost estimates and quotes
• Prepare estimates for Dolphin fixtures and bespoke mirror systems
• Use NetSuite to manage quoting, data input, and job tracking
• Collaborate with the sales and projects teams to clarify scope and align pricing with client expectations
• Maintain knowledge of product specifications, materials, finishes, and pricing structures
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and flag risks or anomalies in drawings
• Support the development of estimation tools and process improvements
• Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to gather accurate costs for custom components
