The Qualifications We Seek
Must-Haves:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational ability
- Excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable following structured processes in a remote environment
Training Provided:

- Familiarity with platforms such as:
- Xero Practice Manager
- FY Docs
- NowInfinity
- ATO SmartDocs
- Ignition software
- Background or exposure to accounting or professional services environments
- Maintain and update internal systems with accuracy and consistency
- Make ad hoc payments as directed
- Distribute client documentation, including ASIC forms, ATO SmartDocs, and other records
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
