Business Development / Sales Representative (Accounts Manager)

About the Role

JERR Marketing is looking for highly motivated and results-driven professionals to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and account development plans.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business meetings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience handling B2B sales and distributor networks.
  • Background in marketing, FMCG, industrial products, healthcare, consumer goods, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Existing network of business contacts within South Luzon or Metro Manila is a plus.
