YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES- Background in science, engineering, or any related field
- With a minimum of 3 years of experience handling related tasks in a similar environment (Reliability lab)
- Must have basic understanding of semiconductor assembly and test processes
- With knowledge on different REL machines
- Proficient in MS office applications such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Lead the REL monitoring team
- Knows and understands the reliability process flow, including REL monitoring, evaluation of hold lots or line issues, and qualification lots
- Load and unload different REL machines
- Perform legwork assigned without supervision
- Train colleagues on basic REL machine operation
- Prepare and provide reports
- Communicate with internal customers
- Prepare loading plans
- Prepare reports for Qual, RTC, and Eval
