NEAT ENGAGEMENT COMPANY INC. is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of company facilities, equipment, and systems. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance and timely repairs to support safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry repairs
- Inspect systems and identify maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to repair and maintenance requests
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition
- Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards
- Prepare basic maintenance reports when required
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role is an advantage
- Technical or vocational training is preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or general maintenance works
- Able to troubleshoot and perform repairs efficiently
- Physically fit and able to perform maintenance tasks
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
