About the role
Are you an experienced Workforce Management professional looking to join a dynamic and growing organisation? As a Workforce Management Team Lead at Teleperformance's Davao site, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our world-class call centre.This is a full-time position based in Davao, where you will manage and develop a team of Workforce Management Specialists.
What you'll be doing- Oversee the scheduling and forecasting activities for the site, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet service level agreements
- Provide coaching and guidance to the Workforce Management team to drive continuous improvement
- Analyse and interpret workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality assurance, and other teams to align workforce planning with business objectives
- Lead and develop the Workforce Management team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a Workforce Management or similar role within a call centre or BPO environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in the use of workforce management tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Leadership experience, with a track record of developing and motivating team members
- Familiarity with call centre operations and industry best practices
