• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, Visual Designer, or similar creative role
• Strong hands-on Figma experience in layout design, prototyping, collaboration, asset preparation, and design handoff is required
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, campaign assets, and marketing collateral created or managed using Figma
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign experience is a strong advantage
• Strong skills in typography, branding, composition, imagery, and modern digital layout design
• Experience creating social media assets, paid ads, web graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, design systems, UI components, or project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-quality outputs
• Strong English communication, stakeholder collaboration, attention to detail, and cross-functional teamwork skills

• Manage creative projects from initial concept through final production
• Produce original visuals including graphics, illustrations, and infographics
• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing and promotional materials
• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to meet project timelines
• Keep current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Develop production-ready artwork using approved design platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders on layout needs and creative direction
• Review completed designs and recommend enhancements when needed
• Handle additional design tasks and related duties as assigned
