The Role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This is a critical role focused on maintaining accurate financial records, managing cash flow visibility, and delivering timely reporting to support decision-making.

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Manage aged payables and receivables
• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Deliver time-critical financial reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow
• Assist with budgeting and financial tracking
• Support the wider team with financial information as required

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally within construction
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable and payroll
• Experience with accounting software (Xero preferred)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Proactive and takes ownership of their work
