About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage daily financial transactions, ensure accurate reporting, and support overall financial operations. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in payroll processing and monitoring expenses
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Ensure timely filing of taxes and government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and accounting standards
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
