  • Support the end-to-end process of creating innovative dessert offerings, from conceptualization and flavor profiling to kitchen testing and refinement.
  • Supporting menu pricing analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
  • Work with the Culinary Operations Head to introduce new culinary solutions and menu enhancements across outlets or client accounts.
  • Develop clear recipe guidelines, preparation methods, and plating standards to guarantee consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Partner with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless adoption of new dessert items, including providing training and troubleshooting support.
