A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
You’ll oversee financial processes including invoicing and reconciliation while leading day-to-day team coordination.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Invoicing and fee adjustments — audit and generate system invoices based on sales reports
- Settlements assistance — verify funds received against consignment obligations
- Monthly reporting SOP — transform HubSpot data for GTV reporting and prepare sales tax data
- Team Leader — day-to-day guidance and coordination of the full SE team
- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- 2–3 years in finance, accounting, or financial admin support
- Team Leader experience is a strong advantage
- Financial reconciliation and invoicing accuracy
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Comfortable with financial SaaS platforms
- Strong attention to detail under volume
