US Healthcare Recruiter (Night Shift)

Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱38,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in the US healthcare industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, therapists, medical staff) for US clients
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Manage job postings across various platforms such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare recruitment standards and documentation

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (US healthcare recruitment)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule
• Amenable to work onsite in Makati City

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for US healthcare roles (RNs, CNAs, therapists, etc.)
• Knowledge of US healthcare compliance and credentialing is a plus
• Experience using ATS or CRM tools
