Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Scheduling) – Night Shift
- Location: Mandaluyong City
- Salary Package: Up to PHP 35,000 (inclusive of fixed PHP 3,000 allowance)
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate
- Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in a healthcare account, specifically in scheduling (must be clearly indicated in the CV)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work on a fixed night shift schedule
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate patient scheduling and appointments
- Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding healthcare services
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to PHP 35,000 total compensation package
- PHP 3,000 fixed allowance
- 10% Night Shift Differential
- Fixed Night Shift Schedule
- Weekends Off
