Project Manager (Construction – Obstacle Course Project)

About the Role

KTC Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of an Obstacle Course Construction Project. This role is responsible for ensuring the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with client requirements, applicable regulations, and quality standards.

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project—from mobilization to final turnover—while coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the client to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the construction project from mobilization through project completion.
• Review project drawings, specifications, scope of work, and technical requirements to ensure accurate execution.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, equipment utilization, procurement activities, and resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise the Site Engineer, Safety Officer, QA/QC Inspector, Foremen, and the construction workforce.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, construction quality standards, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, productivity, and resource utilization to achieve financial objectives.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular progress meetings, site inspections, and performance reviews.
• Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, milestone updates, and final turnover requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Professional Engineer is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine construction regulations, building codes, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of construction project management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing medium- to large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in obstacle course construction, military facilities, government infrastructure, sports facilities, or similar projects is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other project scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.
