The Project Engineer would do the following:

Oversee the completion of residential projects and monitor maintenance work in property sites
Supervise property management
Review and validate progress reports and contractors billing
Manage the bidding process with contractors
Provide customer assistance for construction-related concerns

Job Requirements

Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer
With at least 3 years work experience as a Project Engineer in a real estate property development (horizontal housing)
Proficient in using CAD programs
Must have excellent project management skills and communication skills
With high customer orientation skills
Willing to be assigned at Sta. Maria, Bulacan, Baliuag, Bulacan, or Mexico, Pampanga
