BPO Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for our BPO services division. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by tailoring BPO solutions.
Job Location: Jayden Center Bldg., MC Briones St., Tipolo, Mandaue
This role involves the development of effective pricing models, strategic market penetration, and building a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of sales success in the BPO industry.
This position offers commission-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients across various industries.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Identify emerging markets and verticals to target for expansion.
- Client Acquisition & Sales:
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to acquire new clients and expand market reach.
- Present and sell BPO services (customer support, IT outsourcing, HR services, finance, etc.) to potential clients.
- Tailor BPO solutions based on client needs and business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
- Pricing Model Identification:
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for BPO services based on client requirements, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
- Work with the finance and operations teams to create flexible pricing models (e.g., per transaction, subscription, outcome-based, etc.) to ensure competitive offerings while maintaining profitability.
- Adjust pricing structures based on evolving market conditions and client demands to maximize revenue.
- Market Penetration Strategy:
- Create and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and increase the company’s market share in the BPO industry.
- Identify high-potential markets (geographically or sector-wise) for expansion and develop targeted approaches to gain market presence.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify competitive advantages and weaknesses for better positioning in the market.
- Build a strong brand presence in new markets through networking, partnerships, and thought leadership.
- Pipeline Buildup & Sales Forecasting:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of leads and opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups and nurturing.
- Set realistic sales targets and monitor pipeline progress to ensure a consistent revenue stream.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts to the leadership team, ensuring timely execution of strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation:
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to develop tailored proposals and responses to client RFPs.
- Lead negotiations and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
- Align proposed solutions with clients' goals, ensuring value through cost-effective and scalable BPO services.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and contract renewals.
- Address client concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional BPO services to existing clients.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting:
- Set sales targets, track performance, and report on progress.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies and improve lead generation.
- Regularly report on pipeline status, sales forecasts, and the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies based on performance and market dynamics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, and legal) to ensure smooth execution of contracts and service delivery.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Industry Networking & Brand Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate new leads and business partnerships.
- Strengthen the company’s brand presence through consistent industry engagement and relationship-building.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
