About the role
This is a full-time Senior Travel Lead (Travel Account) role based in our Pasay City, Metro Manila office. As the Senior Travel Lead, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality customer service and support to our clients in the hospitality and tourism industry.
What you'll be doing- Provide expert knowledge and support to customers for all travel-related inquiries and bookings
- Manage a team of travel consultants and ensure they deliver exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant travel products and services
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the wider business to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies
- Extensive experience (3-4 years) working as a travel consultant or in a senior travel-related role
- Strong understanding of the travel industry, including airline, hotel, and tour booking processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex inquiries
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve targets
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and technologies
- Fluency in English
