What You'll Do

During a Typical Day, You'll

Answer incoming communications from customers
Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

What You Bring to the Role

Completed senior high school or has at least completed second year of college
Requires a strong verbal and written English communication skills
Digital proficiency, including ability to navigate multiple systems and tools.
Ability to interpret, apply, and clearly explain products, fare rules, and policy requirements.
