Job Description
Posted on 20 April 2026- Creates and maintains Profile of clients in the GDS/Database
- Attends promptly to (short and long haul) reservation requests of assigned clients, direct passengers and/or other inquiries received following the GDS bank keys
- Offers flight options and quotations to clients
- Ensures that bookings (flight/hotel/car) created are correct as requested by the client and according to supplier's (airline/hotel/car) rules
- Performs initial documentation check of passenger’s country of destination through the GDS
- Manages Ticket Time Limit (TTL)
- Checks and monitors assigned queue banks
- Prepares the ticket mask for quality check and issuance by superiors
- Complies with the rules and regulations of the company
Qualifications/Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course;
- Experience in domestic and international ticketing and reservations and corporate travel is an advantage but not a requirement;
- Knowldegeable in any of the following GDS: Amadeus or Sabre;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Fresh graduates/Undergraduates are welcome to apply
