What We're Looking For
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
- This is a dedicated full-time position
- Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successful outbound sales experience, highlighting specific achievements and contributions to revenue growth
- Candidates should be able to comfortably navigate and thrive in challenging sales scenarios
- Candidates must have native-level proficiency in English in order to effectively communicate with US-based customers
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
- Full 2-week paid training offered if you fulfill the requirements
- 2-month structured onboarding program with 1:1 coaching by sales team leaders
- Additional $800 of "Settling-in Grant" given for the first 2 months if you fulfill the requirements
Average Monthly Incentive Range of top performing agents: Php 120,000 ~ Php 180,000
The mentioned amount of Php 45,000 signifies the achieved minimum sales performance requirement.
