Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative - Korean Speaker, you will manage inbound and outbound leads, foster client success and retention, support revenue growth initiatives, and build lasting relationships with key customers-all while collaborating across departments to enhance client experiences.

The Qualifications We Seek
  • Proficiency in the Korean language
  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or a related field (SaaS/tech experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales or retention targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Customer Support
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales/marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase)
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to client needs

Your Daily Tasks

Lead Management & Qualification
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads from various sources
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
Customer Success & Retention
  • Act as primary contact for assigned customers
  • Conduct regular check-ins and proactively reduce churn
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address feedback
Pipeline Growth & Revenue Generation
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Forecast lead conversion and report key wins
Account Management & Relationship Building
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Recommend product enhancements
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Share customer insights with Marketing
  • Partner with Technical Account Managers for onboarding
  • Stay up to date with ongoing training and product updates
