An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Australian Software Reseller Company for an experienced, vibrant, and highly motivated Virtual Assistant.
Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the team you will be a self-starting, highly organised, and experienced Inside Sales Representative. You will have some BPO and Sales Support experience within the same industry (+).
You must have a passion for sales, a burning desire to succeed, be extremely client-oriented, be a terrific communicator, and be a dynamic closer. You need to develop meaningful rapport with your clients and communicate effectively and with confidence.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Be accountable for hitting targets and KPIs
- Collaborate across the business, negotiate, win, and build a continuous pipeline
- Work closely with the wider sales teams to customer strategies, leverage contacts, and cover our channels on targeted opportunities
- Research markets in a given coverage area
- Compiles sales leads and maintains consistently healthy pipeline-Cold calls and/or emails potential clients
- Schedules and conducts a targeted number of meetings with prospective clients each week
- Builds and maintains a relationship with existing and new clients
- Gathers requirements and drafts business proposals
- Develops strategic sales plans and present them to the management
- To perform such other tasks and duties as may be assigned to him from time to time management
- All administration associated with Prospecting & Sales
- CRM management, data entry, sales pipeline management
- Appointment Setting through email and online platform
- Calendar Management
- Proposal & Contract creation from Proforma templates
- Managing and updating documents within client CRM
- Process customer accounts and file documents associated with the sales process
- Send follow-up emails
- Management of client system usage through nurture & support
- Degree qualified (+),
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Proactive, results-driven, and efficient.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- Highly organised and process-oriented
- Experience in various software including; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), CRM, softphone, Avaya, HubSpot
- Experience working in various BPO companies is a plus
- A passion for sales (++)
- Extremely client-oriented, a terrific communicator, and a dynamic closer
- Desire to develop a sales career in the energy industry
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits- Monthly Salary: Php40,000
- Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
- You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
- Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
- HMO offered after 6-months probation
- 13th Month Pay after 30 days
- Laptop provided after 30 days
- Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

- SHIFT TIMES: 6:30AM to 3:30PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
