High Volume Recruiter

Job Summary:

Seeking for organized High-Volume Recruiter to manage large-scale hiring needs across multiple departments. The High-Volume Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating a high number of candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring campaigns.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment reports to management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding and pre-employment requirements when needed.

• Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Experience in high-volume or mass hiring preferred
• Ability to handle multiple job openings and priorities simultaneously.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
