Store Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth store performance.
- Ensure consistency in following company standards, recipes, food quality, sanitation, and customer service procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Supervise, and evaluate store employees.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
- Investigate inventory variances, wastage, and operational losses and implement corrective actions.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, sanitation, and labor regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and head office regarding operational requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and inspections to maintain operational excellence.
- Assist in the pre-opening, setup, and launch of the BGC branch.
- Take part in creating operational systems and workflows for the new branch and ensure the branch is fully operational before opening and support post-opening stabilization.
- At least 3–5 years experience in restaurant management or food & beverage operations.
- At least 1–2 years experience in a senior role such as Store Manager, Assistant Area Manager, or Multi-Unit Supervisor.
- College graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Equivalent work experience in place of degree is acceptable if strong operational track record
