Project Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and gather data on accessibility, topography, and improvements.
• Perform preliminary due diligence (titles, tax declarations, cadastral maps).
• Coordinate with landowners for site visits and surveys.
• Maintain land documents and tracking database.

• Prepare and submit applications for permits (ECC, LUC, zoning, LGU endorsements).
• Follow up with agencies (DENR, DAR, NCIP, LGUs) to support approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants to complete technical requirements.
• Assist in preparing materials for stakeholder consultations.

• Liaise with local community leaders and LGU representatives.
• Support ROW negotiations, documentation, and payments.
• Assist in CSR and community engagement activities.

• Update permitting timelines and flag delays.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on payments and requirements.
• Prepare regular status reports on land and permitting progress.

• Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, Real Estate, Environmental Science, Public Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in permitting, land acquisition, or project coordination, preferably in energy, mining, or real estate.
• Knowledge of Philippine permitting processes (ECC, DAR, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail in handling legal and technical documents.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; local dialect proficiency is a plus.
• Physically and mentally fit for field travel and navigating government processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Adaptable to ambiguity, complexity, and fast-paced environments.
