The overall objective of this role is to provide Tier 1 support to 1 to 2 Financial Planning practices with the management of their Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The selected candidate will be tasked with implementing customizations and solutions that fit their business needs.
What are the proficiencies expected of me?- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Excel
- At least 2 years of experience in Power Automate, Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Dataverse
- Experience in design and development of complex Power Apps
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) is a plus
- Business/data analyst experience is a plus
- Exposure to Australian financial services is a plus
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Refined communication skills
- Degree qualified
- To work directly with 1 to 2 Fin365 Financial Planning practices to understand customization requirements.
- To develop, test and deploy Dynamics CRM enhancements
- To develop, test and deploy power platform based solutions using Power Apps, Power automate, Power BI and a combination of Microsoft 365 suite of tools.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues as they arise.
- To feed Tier 2 & 3 support requests into customer support/engineering team
- Support Practice team members with the day-to-day training needs and Tier 1 support requests
- Monitor status of automated data feeds
- Regular importing and/or bulk updating of manually fed data
- Work with customer account owner on production and delivery of business success reporting
- Educate customers on best practices for data security and redundancy
- Customer support with broad range of Office 365 applications
- Liaise with Practice’s IT provider and provide high customer satisfaction with broad IT usage
- Be proactive within the organisation and look for opportunities to increase efficiency across the business through Game of Inches
- Follow and complete required Workflow management systems and completion of tasks within specified time frames
