MARKETING SPECIALIST
Tech-Sonic, a leading technology company in the development, manufacturing and marketing of ultrasonic welding equipment, is seeking an energetic and hands-on Marketing Specialist to help expend the marketing and sales efforts worldwide. This individual will work onsite in the company's Philippines office in support of a variety of marketing projects with an emphasis on digital marketing initiatives.The selected candidate will have the role of developing and executing campaigns, at the direction of company marketing leadership, to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales across digital and traditional channels. Primary activities will be project organization and execution of content development in video creation, social media, electronic media advertising, and email marketing.
They will also assist in gathering information to analyze market data, competitor activity, and campaign performance to optimize strategies. This highly-visible and key individual will report to the company's marketing director in the United States headquarters location.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing initiatives (digital, social, email, and print) to reach target audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer demographics, and competitor strategies.
- Content & Promotion: Create engaging, consistent content for marketing materials, including social media updates, blog posts, and website content.
- Analytics & Reporting: Evaluate key performance metrics (website, email and social media SEO/ROI, conversion rates, traffic) to assess marketing effectiveness and report findings.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing initiatives (digital, social, email, and print) to reach target audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify prospect opportunities, customer demographics, and competitor strategies.
- Content & Promotion: Create engaging, consistent content for marketing materials, including social media updates, blog posts, and website content.
- Analytics & Reporting: Evaluate key performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, traffic) to assess marketing effectiveness and report findings.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Applicable experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing roles.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use CRM software, and Google Analytics.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms/posting creation and email marketing tools including MailChimp.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation. Strong Bi-lingual abilities (English) required
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and software program Canva required. Abilities in InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing software large plus)
