JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES TECHNICIAN

The Sales Technician is responsible for assisting customers with both sales and basic technical support related to gadgets, mobile phones, laptops, computers, and accessories. The role combines product selling, troubleshooting, installation, and customer assistance while ensuring excellent service and technical support.

Duties and Responsibilities: Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases

Promote and sell gadgets, mobile phones, laptops, computer parts, peripherals, and accessories
Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and basic diagnosis for devices and accessories
Install, configure, and test software, hardware, and peripherals when necessary
Explain product specifications, compatibility, features, and proper usage to customers
Conduct basic repair, maintenance, or inspection of gadgets and computer-related products if required
Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of customer units and company inventory
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and display items
Stay updated on the latest technology trends, gadgets, and product developments
Achieve sales targets while delivering quality customer service
Prepare service reports, inventory records, and other related documentation when needed

Follow company policies, procedures, and technical service standards

Qualifications:
At least Senior High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or College Level in IT, Computer Technology, Electronics, or related field
With experience in sales and technical support is an advantage
Knowledgeable in gadgets, mobile phones, laptops, desktop computers, software installation, and accessories
With basic troubleshooting and technical repair skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and sales-driven

Willing to work flexible schedules and in a fast-paced environment
