About this Role

This role prospects new business opportunities, executes sales KPIs, and ensures proper merchandising and promotional execution. It manages outlet administration, coordinates with internal teams, and trains partners on maintaining brand standards.

The representative also handles order taking, inventory checks, and ensures timely delivery through effective synching processes

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage On/Off-Premise accounts within the assigned territory

Achieve sales, distribution, revenue, and merchandising targets
Conduct regular calls, business reviews, and customer profiling
Implement trade programs and category insights to drive performance
Collect payments for cash and credit accounts per company policy
Analyze competition and recommend counter strategies
Forecast sales volume and report brand activity execution
Manage account documentation, compliance, and KPI tracking

Submit timely reports and support AR settlement processes

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications: College graduate of Business Administration or any similar discipline

With 2 - 3 years sales experience, preferably in FMCG industry
With experience in customer service system, sales distribution and sales management

Holder of Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License with a Restriction Code of 12/123 or AB/ABC
