Job Descriptions:
- Decides and plans mould modification and improvement.
- Ensure that all mould schedule for maintenance is properly attended with accordance to the preventive maintenance schedule and procedure (OMS)
- Responsible in controlling the operation/activity of the Mould Maintenance Section.
- Supervises plans daily work activities on Mould Shop.
- Reviews and appraises the work performance of subordinates.
- Implements policies, systems and procedures for the improvement and smooth flow of operations in the Injection Mould Area.
- Operates Machines
- Electro Discharge Machine
- Surface Grinding Machine
- Laser Welding Machine
- Lathe Machine
- Argon Welding Machine
- Other tasks that maybe assigned related to work.
Qualifications:
- Engineering graduate (preferably mechanical engineering course)
- With at least 8 years experience in plastic injection or molding company
- Knowledge how to use Measurement instrument such as CMM, HG, Micrometer, Caliper & PG
- Has knowledge in quality and process control as well as implementation of ISO 9001 and 14001
- Quality and Environmental Management System and TS 16949:2009
