About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. The role covers production planning, materials flow, warehouse operations, and transportation management to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and on-time delivery performance.
This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination across Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Sales to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end production and materials planning to ensure timely availability of automotive parts and optimal inventory levels
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Sales to ensure aligned and efficient supply chain execution
- Manage logistics operations including inbound materials flow, warehouse operations, kitting/sequencing, and outbound dispatch
- Oversee transportation planning and optimization, including route planning, milk-run systems, and JIT/JIS delivery support
- Supervise warehouse and logistics teams to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with standards
- Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, freight cost, and warehouse performance
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement across supply chain and logistics processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or production planning roles
- Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Strong background in end-to-end supply chain (production planning, materials management, warehouse, and transportation)
- Solid knowledge of inventory management, logistics flow, and demand/supply planning
- Experience supervising logistics or warehouse teams
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven decision making
- Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement (advantage)
- Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-functional teams
