Supply chain manager

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations — from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution. This role ensures that materials, goods, and products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time while maintaining high quality and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and distribution activities.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, finance, sales) to ensure supply chain alignment with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain staff to achieve performance and professional growth goals.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, risks, and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement management
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management systems, and logistics best practices
• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
