About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor (CPA) to oversee financial reporting, account reconciliations, tax compliance, budgeting, and audit coordination. This role is ideal for a CPA who is ready to lead accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Oversee monthly account reconciliations and daily accounting transactions
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
- Monitor budgets and support financial planning
- Manage tax filings and payments
- Supervise accounting staff and support accounting system improvements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and account reconciliation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent communication skills
