Accounting Supervisor (General Ledger/Fixed Assets)

You'll also coach team members, improve processes, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Supervise the General Ledger and Fixed Assets accounting team.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities.
• Prepare P&L analyses and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Support statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and external audits.
• Monitor accounting controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Review accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.
• Coach, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
• Support process improvement initiatives and accounting projects.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• At least 5 years of combined experience in General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and/or Audit.
• Supervisory experience or strong leadership experience as a senior accountant.
• Experience using accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English for business communication.
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City during probation.
• Willing to work a flexible mid-shift schedule.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Experience supporting multinational operations.
• Experience using Oracle ERP.
• Experience using SAP Ariba.
• Experience with automated expense management tools.
