Posted on 8 July 2026Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
Review and approve accounting entries, journal vouchers, reconciliations, and financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation, financial planning, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of tax returns and government-mandated reports.
Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff.
Coordinate with external auditors, government agencies, banks, and other stakeholders during audits and financial reviews.
Develop and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of financial information.
Perform other accounting, supervisory, and finance-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications/Requirements
Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience as Accounting Supervisor
Strong understanding in financial reporting, budgeting,forecasting, and analysis
