Responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and improving all mechanical systems within a shopping mall to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted daily operations. Works closely with maintenance teams, contractors, mall administration, tenants, and safety personnel to maintain a comfortable and secure environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- BS Mechanical Engineering.
- PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred.
- Experience in malls, hotels, or commercial buildings.
- Willing to work flexible schedules.
